Privacy Policy
How Creatord collects, uses, and protects your information. Last updated October 2, 2026.
1. Who we are
Creatord LTD ("Creatord", "we", "us") operates the website creatord.org and a set of creative and content-production tools. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us — for example through a project enquiry form — we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message. When you buy a podcast post-production pack, we collect your email address and the details of your order (the package you selected, price, and transaction reference) and the onboarding information you give us afterwards.
Payments. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Flutterwave, on its own checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card details; we receive confirmation of the transaction, your email address, and the amount paid. Flutterwave's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect technical data such as your browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP address, through server logs. We also use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service, to record aggregate usage and actions such as clicks on key buttons. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other websites.
Social platform connections. If you connect a social account (such as Instagram or Facebook) through our content tools, we receive only the limited permissions you authorise — for example, the ability to publish content to your own account on your behalf. We do not read your private messages and we do not post anything you have not approved.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to enquiries, process orders, and provide the services you request;
- Publish content to the social accounts you connect, solely as you direct;
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website and tools;
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the security of our services.
4. Cookies
We use a minimal number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning (for example, remembering your light or dark display preference in your browser's local storage). Our analytics (Plausible) is cookieless and stores nothing on your device. Embedded third-party content such as videos and our payment checkout may set their own cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
5. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate our services, including website hosting (Cloudflare), our payment provider (Flutterwave), privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible Analytics), embedded video providers (such as YouTube), and the social platforms themselves (for example, Meta Platforms) when you connect an account. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only as necessary to deliver the service.
6. Legal basis for processing
Where data-protection law (such as the GDPR) applies, we process your personal data on the basis of: your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services, or compliance with a legal obligation.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request deletion of your data;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be highlighted here.
11. Contact us
